The College of DuPage this week announced at a board of trustees meeting that they will change campus policy on free speech following the recent incident where a pair of students and an advisor with Turning Point USA were gathering petitions and handing out pocket constitutions.
A campus officer threatened to lock up one of the students for not having a permit.
